Lars is technically curious, a generalist, and considers himself an investigative cartographer of human-made systems, but over his 2 decades in IT he's has also become interested in how metacommunication, problem framing, group psychology and cognitive biases influences how anything gets done (or doesn't).

Although he understands many dialects of nerdian, in his spare time his main hobbies involve building gadgets to solve problems or tedious tasks, building and launching high powered rockets, and genre films. He works as a consultant for House of Test.
